SPR TIF provides substantial savings in fumigant costs by utilizing gas barrier technology to maintain efficacy and increase available planting acres. The TIF film is a unique 7-layer barrier film made from high strength LDPE and an inner core of gas impermeable EVOH barrier resin

Constant field monitoring and product development results indicate that fumigant rates based on gallons per acre may be reduced by as much as 10% to 50% while still maintaining crop quality and yields.
